Reserve YoursEvery model is priced in two parts: the trailer, and a complete working kitchen. Every menu needs different equipment, so we don't make you pay for a cook line you won't use — tell us what you plan to serve and we will match the equipment and quote it. Aluminium (A) and stainless steel (S) are the same price.

Kitchen models also include a range hood and exhaust fan, automatic fire suppression and propane lines with tank rack. The coffee / ice cream kitchen is electric only, so it costs less and needs no TSSA certification.
